Raymer’s Homemade Candies is a family owned business operated by Mark and Sue Raymer with lots of help and support from their children and grandchildren. Raymer has had a love-affair with making homemade candies since learning the art of ‘pan candy’ making from his father-in-law, a candy maker in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin for over 50 years. Pan candies are recipes based on the natural caramelization of fresh cream and sugar, poured into pans or hand rolled. Raymer uses the traditional recipes from the late 1880’s with the same natural ingredients as they used back then.
